Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil w/1 tbsp of white vinegar. Place the eggs into the water and boil for four minutes. Immediately place into a bowl with ice water. Once cool enough to handle, carefully peel shell egg.  Ummmm Enjoy!

2) How to boil an egg? It depends, right?

3) One color egg

To have one color egg, you only need to shake your egg like crazy, boil it and have a golden egg. Et voila yolk everywhere.

4) How about baked your eggs??

You can add  sauteed spinach, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Basically you can add whatever you want, you only have to put the eggs in the oven and after 8 you will have these delicious eggs.

5) Baked eggs with avocado for breakfast… that sounds delicious and healthy!!

First, take a thick slice of avocado, don’t peel the skin, and remove the nut, but make a extra room into the space left in the middle, then crack in an egg then stick in the oven and let cook for a couple of minutes. Et voila, you can put pepper, sea salt, rosemary or whatever you want.

6) Would you like to try Venzuelan-Colombian scrambled eggs? In this part of the world we called PERICO

It’s a really simple recipe. First, cut some onions and tomatos in cubes, put it into a pan and make a sofrito, you can also add some yellow onion.  After a couple of minutes, add the raw eggs previously mixed with some salt and pepper. Et voila.
